1. Adani group will invest $24 billion in Gujarat over next 5 years that will create 1 lakh jobs in Gujarat.

8. Dutch and Singapore to invest$7 billion in Bharat in upcoming financial year. Nvidia said that its partner firm Yotta is set to commission an “artificial intelligence data center” in Gift City before March 2024.

9. Arcelor Mittal will build the world’s biggest steel manufacturing factory at Hazira in Gujarat by 2029, having the capacity of 24 million tons per annum.

10. NTPC also proposed to invest $8.40 billion for fuel electric vehicle mobility hydrogen blending with natural gas, production of green chemicals and 5GW hydrogen-based energy storage projects.

11. Torrent Power also signed an agreement to invest $5.69 billion to create solar power projects 3,450 MW and 7,000 MW capacity, green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing plants and distribution networks in cities including Ahmadabad and Surat.

14. The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has also signed 2 MoU’s with Gujarat Urja Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) for 500 MW of power based on Solar Thermal Technology in Kutch and additional 700 MW of Solar PV Project in Banaskantha district.

15. Serentica Renewable India Pvt Ltd proposed to invest 35000 Cr in setting up 6,000 MW of hybrid renewable projects at Khambhaliya, Khavda, Bhuj and Banaskantha.

16. The Gujarat Corporation Ltd has signed a 20000 Cr MoU for developing 6,675 MW of Solar Projects in many locations between 2025-27.

17. Solairedirect Energy India Pvt ltd has signed 17,200 Cr agreements to develop a 2.3 GW renewable energy project.

18. Opera Energy Pvt Ltd and Grew energy Pvt Ltd also signed the MoU of 5000 Cr and 3800 Cr worth of projects related to renewable energy which will be commissioned by 2026.

19. Micron Company will set up semiconductor plant in 500,000 square feet by early 2025 which will create 5000 direct jobs and 15000 indirect jobs.

20. Paytm will also invest 100 Cr in (GIFT City) to build global financial ecosystems.
