Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  • Clients may write to the support platform of the SEBI registered Research Analyst at contact@vgstockresearch.com for redressing their grievances.
  • If the grievance raised by the customer fails to be resolved within a period of 21 calendar days, the customer may escalate the grievance to the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) platform.

  • ODR Portal:
    If unsatisfied with the response, customers may also access the Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023. This common portal harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes in the Indian Securities Market.
